Prof. Dr. med. Armin Keshmiri

My name is Prof. Dr. med. Armin Keshmiri. I am a specialist in orthopedics and trauma surgery. My core competencies include minimally invasive knee and hip surgery, minimally invasive joint replacement, patellar surgery, and orthobiological cell therapy procedures.

I completed my medical studies at the Medical University of Graz, Austria. This was followed by specialist training in orthopedics and trauma surgery at the Central Hospital Augsburg, the University Orthopedic Clinic Regensburg, and the Asklepios Clinic Bad Abbach. In 2015, I earned my postdoctoral qualification (habilitation) at the Chair of Orthopedics at the University of Regensburg, focusing on minimally invasive knee and hip endoprosthetics as well as patellar surgery. During my tenure as a senior physician for knee and hip surgery in the Department of Orthopedics, Trauma Surgery & Sports Medicine at the Isarklinikum Munich, I continuously expanded my expertise in the surgical treatment of patellar instability and the minimally invasive implantation of isolated patellar prostheses.
